To become our partner, you can initiate your official collaboration process by completing the steps below.
1. Agency Application
Complete the online application form and share basic information about your institution with us.

Within the scope of your application, the following information will be requested:
- Institutional information (Institution Name – Email Address – Social Media Accounts)
- Contact person details (Full Name – Phone Number)
*The email address you provide during registration will be saved as your username, and the password you set will be used as your login password. Therefore, we recommend using a corporate email address and keeping your password secure.
2. Evaluation
Your application will be reviewed by our International Office team.
If necessary, additional documents or references may be requested.
The evaluation process is typically completed within 1–3 business days.
3. Agreement Process
Following the evaluation process, the Turkish–English Agency Agreement and related documents will be sent to you via email. Detailed instructions on how to complete the agreement will also be included in the same email.

4. Account Activation & Starting Applications
Please complete the agreements in accordance with the instructions provided and send them back to us.
Following this stage, the signing process will be monitored by our team. Once completed, a mutually signed copy of the agreement will be shared with you.
Afterwards, your agency portal will be activated, and you will be able to start submitting student applications.

For faster and more direct communication, a WhatsApp group will be created using the phone number you provide during portal registration. Through this group, you will be able to reach us 24/7 and ask your questions.
Congratulations! You are now an official part of the Istinye University family and can begin submitting applications for your candidates.
