You can complete your application by following the steps below.
1. Review Our Programs and Tuition Fees
Before submitting your application, please review the program you wish to study and the current tuition fees through the webpage below:

Please note that Istinye University does not offer scholarships or tuition discounts for international applicants. All applicants are enrolled based on the tuition fees published on our official website.
If the tuition fee is suitable for your budget, you may proceed with your application.
2. Submit Your Application
You may submit your online application through the following link:

Applications for undergraduate and graduate programs are received through the same application system.
3. Upload the Required Documents
For Undergraduate Applications

High school diploma or an official document confirming that you are currently in your final year of high school (The Certificate of Equivalence demonstrating that the high school diploma is equivalent to diplomas awarded by Turkish high schools is not required at the application stage. The obligation to submit this document has been abolished pursuant to the relevant official letter issued by the Council of Higher Education).

National or international examination result (if available)
Language proficiency certificate (if available) (Please click here for the language certificates accepted by Istinye University. If you do not have one of these certificates, you are required to take the language exam conducted by the university.)

Documents issued in languages other than Turkish or English must be submitted together with their Turkish or English translations.
4. Wait for the Evaluation of Your Application
Your application and supporting documents will be reviewed by our admissions team within a maximum of two business days.
If your application is approved, you will receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter.
Conditional Acceptance Letters are valid for 7 days. If you are unable to complete your payment within this period, you may log in to your application account using the link below and request a renewal of your Conditional Acceptance Letter.
A Conditional Acceptance Letter may be renewed a maximum of three times.

If your application is unsuccessful or additional documents are required, a notification will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during the application process.
5. Complete the Pre-Registration Payment
After receiving your Conditional Acceptance Letter, you are required to pay 50% of the annual tuition fee as a pre-registration payment.
Upon receipt of this payment, your seat will be secured, your official admission process will be initiated, and you will become eligible to complete your final registration.
The remaining 50% of the tuition fee will be collected on the date announced by the University.
6. Receive Your Official Acceptance Letter
Once your pre-registration payment has been verified, an Official Acceptance Letter will be issued and sent to you.
You may use this document for visa applications and registration procedures.
7. Complete Your Final Registration
You may complete your final registration by following the instructions provided in your Official Acceptance Letter.
After completing your registration, your student ID number will be created and you will officially begin your academic journey at Istinye University.
