As Istinye University, we do not have student dormitories.
However, we refer our students to some private dorms which offer discounted prices for our students.

If you do not prefer staying in a dorm, you may look for off-campus options. There are lots of apartments in Istanbul and if you can find a place that is near the public transportation, you can easily access to anywhere in Istanbul.
Please note that students are responsible for arranging their own accomodation.
According to the immigration laws of Turkey, international students are required to apply for a residence permit as they will stay in Turkey longer than 3 months.
Application process is as follows;
- Fill out the online application form on https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr, and get an appointment date. Before leaving the website, save a soft copy of the confirmation page and print it with colored ink.
- Submit the required documents to the Migration Management on the appointment date.
-Passport (Copies of the ID Page and any pages with entry-exit stamps)
-Hard copy of the application form
-Student Certificate (obtained from Istinye Registrar’s Office)
-4 passport-sized photographs
-60 TL receipt for application fee
*Additional papers might be requested at appointment for students under 18.
