How to Apply ISU

To apply to our university, please complete our application form and upload the following documents to the system

Documents Required for Associate and Undergraduate Applications:

- Photocopy of the identity page of the passport

- Original high school diploma and its Turkish or English translation

- Original high school transcript and its Turkish or English translation

- Equivalence certificate showing that the high school diploma is equivalent to diplomas obtained from Turkish high schools (Note: The obligation to submit this document has been removed as per the directive from the Higher Education Council)

- One passport-sized photograph

- National/international exam results (if available)

- Language exemption document (if available)

*Please click here for the language certificates accepted by Istinye University. (If you do not have one of these certificates, you are required to take the language exam conducted by the university.) 

- Residence permit (if available)

Documents Required for Graduate Applications:

- Photocopy of the identity page of the passport (If you hold dual nationality, please upload the passports for both nationalities)

- Copy of the undergraduate diploma with Turkish or English translation

- Copy of the undergraduate transcript with Turkish or English translation

- 1 passport-sized photograph

- Certificate of Equivalence or Certificate of Recognition

*For Health Sciences: Before starting the project or thesis phase, a recognition certificate obtained from the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Turkey must be submitted, proving that the bachelor's degree is equivalent to the relevant programs in Turkey. Certificate of Equivalence is the candidates' responsibility. 

**For Social and Applied Sciences: A recognition certificate proving that the relevant university is recognized by the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Turkey must be submitted at the time of registration. Certificate of Recognition is the candidates' responsibility. 

- Language exemption document (if available)
