Students who enrolled in our university in the 2025–26 academic year and who have made overpayments above the annual tuition fee of the enrolled program — either by themselves or by their first-degree relatives (mother, father, sibling – with documented proof) — must submit the refund request form below, together with the required attachments, via a single e-mail to international@istinye.edu.tr no later than 10 January 2026 in order for the refund process to be initiated.
Forms submitted after the specified date will not be processed.

Important Points to Note:
1. The name of the person requesting the refund must be the same as the sender name on the payment receipt. Refunds cannot be requested on behalf of someone else. (Refund processes for payments made by agencies on behalf of students are followed separately. Refunds for such payments cannot be processed through this announcement.)
2. The form must not be filled out on a computer. It should be printed, completed in a way that can be easily read by another person, and then scanned and submitted in PDF format. (All responsibility for any issues arising from unreadable information lies with the person completing the form.)
3. The evaluation and processing of the request may take 1–21 business days.
4. Any delays or issues arising from errors in the form are the responsibility of the student.
This process is carried out by the International Relations Directorate of our university.
