- Medicine and Dentistry Faculty applications of Candidates who are Turkish citizens by birth and who lost their Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission from the Ministry of Interior to get out of Turkish citizenship, candidates who certify that they have a blue card given to those who have lost Turkish citizenship upon their request, Turkish citizens who have studied their whole high school period abroad (except for TRNC), and double citizens one of them being Turkish citizenship (except for the double citizens who earned Turkish citizenship while they were foreign citizens/ Turkish citizens) will be received between first and fifteenth of each month ( e.g May 1st and May 15th, 2020) and with the closing of applications, the results will be published in the announcements section of our web page https://international.istinye.edu.tr within 4 business days.

An Invitation/Conditional Acceptance Letter with a due date of 1 week will be sent to the applicants who are in the main list within the quota and the applicant is expected to complete the pre-registration fee in order not to lose the seat that they earned.
If the eligible candidates do not pay the pre-registration fee written on the Invitation/Conditional Acceptance Letter, the reserve list will be evaluated and in case the candidates in the reserve list do not pay the pre-registration fee within the given period, the relevant seat(s) will be used in the applications of the following month.
* All applications except for the ones within 10% limitation regulation will be evaluated in 2 business days.
** Applicants who do not pay the pre-registration fee within the given period have the right to re-apply in the following month.
*** Candidates who have applied and got rejected will not have the right to re-apply again.
