Candidates will be Exempt from the Turkish Proficiency Exam:
- If they hold a Blue Card (Mavi Kart)
- If they have B2 Level Turkish Proficiency Certificate awarded by a university
- If they have completed the whole period of secondary education in the high schools founded by Turkish Ministry of Education, which deliver education in Turkish
