On Online Registration Information

Dear Candidate,

For all departments and programs other than the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy, the tuition fee must be paid in a single installment at the time of registration (the paid pre-registration fee will be deducted from the tuition fee). 

If you have complete your payment, you can complete your registration online and submit your documents in person when you come to our university.

Please follow the instruction below to fill and sign the documents and send them to international@istinye.edu.tr e-mail address.

Attachment 1 – Please sign each page.

Attachment 2 – Please sign each page. 

Attachment 3 – Please fill in the blanks, write your name, surname, phone number and sign the paper and write “I have read and understood.”

Attachment 4 – Please fill in the blanks, write your name, surname, phone number and sign the paper and write “Okudum, anladım."

Attachment 5 – Please sign the document and write “I have read and understood.”

Attachment 6 – Please sign the document and write “Okudum, anladım.”

*We would like to also have a photo of yours for your student ID and certificate.

**Please be informed that all the documents must be filled in handwriting, signed with wet signature sent via e-mail.

***All the payment receipts must be added to the e-mail. (If you paid at least half of your annual tuition fee -the whole tuition fee for associate degree departments and half of the program fee for graduate degree programs-.)

****Additional documents might be requested on e-mail if needed.

The following documents must be submitted during registration:

- Passport or identity document (If in Turkish or English, the original; if in other languages, a notarized or consulate-approved copy of the page showing identity information translated into Turkish or English)

- The original and certified Turkish or English copy of the high school diploma and transcript for Associate Degree and Undergraduate enrollment.

- For Graduate registration, the original and certified Turkish or English copy of the undergraduate and/or graduate diploma and transcript (Certificate of Recognition and/or Equivalence must be submitted).

- 6 passport-size photographs.

- National/international exam result (if available).

- Payment receipt showing that at least half of the tuition fee has been paid.
