Online Registration Information

 

For all departments and programs, except the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy, the tuition fee must be paid in a single installment at the time of registration. The pre-registration deposit will be deducted from the total tuition fee.

If you have completed your payment, you can finalize your registration online and submit your documents in person when you arrive at our university.
 

To complete your registration online, please follow the instructions below:

 

Step 1: Download and Sign the Required Documents

Please download the six attachments provided and complete the following steps for each document. 

Ensure you write your application number, which starts with ISU-00…, and sign each page of both the English and Turkish versions.

Attachment 1 Sign each page by writing your name and signature at the top or bottom of the page.

Attachment 2 Sign each page by writing your name and signature at the top or bottom of the page.

Attachment 3 Fill in the blanks, write your name, surname, phone number, sign the document, and write: “I have read and understood.”

Attachment 4 Fill in the blanks, write your name, surname, phone number, sign the document, and write: “Okudum, anladım.”

Attachment 5 – Sign the document and write: “I have read and understood.”

Attachment 6 Sign the document and write: “Okudum, anladım.”

Step 2: Complete the Information Form: 

Information Form – Fill out the Information Form by entering your personal details accurately.

Step 3: Submit Your Photo

Attach a clear, high-quality photo of yourself to be used for your student ID card and student certificate.

 

Step 4: Include Payment Receipts

Attach all payment receipts related to your deposit and tuition fee payments.

 

Important Notes:

    - All documents must be completed by hand and signed with a wet signature.
    - Please send the scanned copies of the signed documents via email to international@istinye.edu.tr.
    - Additional documents may be requested via email if needed.

Required Documents for On-Campus Registration: 

Please submit the following documents during your registration:

     - Passport or Identity Document: Original if in Turkish or English; otherwise, a notarized or consulate-approved translation is required.
     - For Associate and Undergraduate Registration: Original and certified Turkish or English translation of the high school diploma and transcript.
     - For Graduate Registration: Original and certified Turkish or English translation of the undergraduate and/or graduate diploma and transcript,                                along with a Certificate of Recognition and/or Equivalence.
    - Photographs: Six (6) passport-sized photos.
    - Exam Results: National/international exam results (if available).
    - Payment Receipt: Proof of payment showing at least half of the tuition fee has been paid.
